Regulations of the "Laguna" Recreation Center

1. General Information
1.1. The "Laguna" Recreation Center is located in the forest and consists of 6 wooden vacation cabins.
1.2. These regulations specify the rules for using the center and are an integral part of the contract concluded at the time of reservation.
1.3. Making a reservation and paying a deposit of 50% of the stay's value is equivalent to accepting the regulations and entering into a rental agreement.
1.4. A refundable deposit of 500 PLN is collected on the day of arrival.
2. Stay Rules
2.1. The rental period starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
2.2. The number of people staying in the cabin may not exceed the number reported during the reservation.
2.3. In case of exceeding the allowed number of people, an additional charge of 100 PLN per day for each extra person will be applied.
2.4. Organizing events (e.g., 18th birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties) is strictly prohibited.
2.5. Barbecuing is allowed only in designated areas.
2.6. Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.
3. Safety and Health/Safety Regulations
3.1. Each cabin is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
3.2. The use of open flames inside the cabins (e.g., candles, incense, unapproved electric grills) is strictly prohibited.
3.3. In case of unjustified triggering of the smoke detector, the guest is obliged to pay a penalty fee of 500 PLN.
3.4. Guests are required to familiarize themselves with the fire safety and evacuation instructions located in the cabin.
3.5. Children should be on the premises of the center only under adult supervision.
4. Pets
4.1. Pets are welcome at the center for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day for each pet.
4.2. The pet owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
4.3. Current vaccinations are required, and the owner must present the pet's health booklet upon request from the staff.
4.4. Pets must be under the owner's control and may not disturb other guests.
5. Parking
5.1. Each cabin is allocated a maximum of 2 parking spaces on the unguarded, free parking area of the center.
5.2. The center is not responsible for damage to or theft of vehicles.
6. Charges and Utilities
6.1. The price of the stay does not include electricity costs.
6.2. Electricity is charged according to consumption – 3 PLN per 1 kWh, based on meter readings on the day of arrival and departure.
6.3. In case of shortening the stay, the paid fee is non-refundable.
6.4 Resort tax: PLN 2 per person per day.
6.5 For short-term rentals, a cleaning fee of PLN 200 is added. (1-2 days)
7. Liability and Damages
7.1. Guests are required to report any damages and malfunctions immediately upon noticing them.
7.2. In case of damage to the equipment or destruction of the center's property, the cost of repair or replacement is borne by the person renting the cabin.
7.3. The center is not responsible for the theft of guests' private property or unattended items left on the premises.
8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
8.1. The administrator of personal data is the "Laguna" Recreation Center, ul. Lipowa 42, 73-220 Dominikowo.
8.2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of reservation handling and stay management in accordance with GDPR regulations.
8.3. Guests have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Persons who do not comply with the regulations may be removed from the premises of the center without the right to a refund.
9.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
9.3. The center reserves the right to amend these regulations.
